Elite Sourcing LLC
Our client is hiring multiple Associate-level Therapists to support their programs throughout Sacramento. If you're a licensed associate in the state of CA (ACSW, APCC, or AMFT) and passionate about working with clients w/ severe mental illness, we'd love to speak to you.
Come work for an organization that values self-care, work/life balance, and making a real difference in the lives of others. As an Associate Therapist with one of our programs, you'll be part of a company that prioritizes employee well-being while providing essential mental health support services to adults struggling with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, schizo-affective disorder, and other SMIs.
You'll do day-to-day work in groups and individually with clients struggling with mental illness and seeking help. Most clients are low-income and facing housing or employment insecurity as a result of their SMI.
You'll be working both in our clinics and "in the field"--meeting clients in their homes, workplaces, etc.
What You'll Do:
Provide group and individual counseling under the supervision of the clinical or program director. Communicate with and/or meet frequently with the client's family or care provider with client's consent. Develop individualized care and progress plans for each client. Support and assist clients and their families in accessing mental health and medical care, as well as other essential needs like food, housing, clothes etc. Assist Clinical Director in various aspects of clinical program development, including monitoring KETs. Conduct routine Internal Utilization Reviews as directed by the Clinical Director; ensure timely submission of Special Incident Reports and Mandated Reports. Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients at all times. Visit clients in home periodically to offer guidance and support. Complete paperwork promptly and efficiently. Requirements:
Masters or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy. ACSW/APCC/AMFT licensure in CA required. Able to work a standard, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm schedule. Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license, and clean driving record. Able and willing to work onsite full-time (no remote work).
