Overview: We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression of our company, demonstrating warmth, friendliness, and professionalism. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills, as you will manage various administrative tasks in addition to front desk duties.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Greet and welcome visitors, providing them with necessary information Schedule and manage appointments for staff members Maintain a clean and organized reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence Provide support to various departments as needed Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant software High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Benefits
