We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our company. As the face of Comvox Co, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills to manage a variety of administrative and front desk responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Benefits
