Job Summary: GTT is hiring a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative (PSR I) to support clinical lab operations for a leading diagnostic services provider. This role is critical to delivering high-quality patient care through skillful specimen collection and professional interaction. You'll be the face of the lab for patients undergoing routine or diagnostic testing, providing accuracy, safety, and empathy in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform both clinical and forensic phlebotomy with high accuracy, including pediatric and geriatric patients Follow established protocols for collecting, labeling, and processing specimens Prepare samples for transport and ensure compliance with lab procedures Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Ensure a clean, professional, and safe work environment at all times Support operational excellence through leadership behaviors and confidentiality compliance Be flexible with the schedule to support weekend, holiday, on-call, or overtime requirements Required Experience:

Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required 1+ year of experience in clinical or lab settings preferred Customer service background in retail or healthcare environments is beneficial Keyboarding and data entry proficiency Nice-to-Have Experience:

Prior work in high-volume specimen collection environments Familiarity with lab tools and patient intake systems Required Skills:

Clinical and forensic phlebotomy skills Specimen handling and lab protocol adherence Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Preferred Skills:

Pediatric and geriatric blood draw expertise Medical assistant or paramedic training Knowledge of HIP nd healthcare compliance Phlebotomy certification (Required in CA, NV, WA - preferred in other states) Additional Skills:

Independent and detail-oriented work style Flexible availability and reliable transportation Strong customer focus and ability to remain calm under pressure
