Job Summary: The Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative (PSR I) serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients during their routine health visits or critical diagnostic evaluations. This role involves collecting high-quality blood samples and preparing specimens for laboratory testing, while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and a compassionate patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with patients professionally while explaining procedures clearly. Perform high-quality blood collection using established safety and phlebotomy procedures. Handle pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy with confidence and care. Accurately process specimens and maintain required records/documentation. Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant environment. Follow clinical and forensic collection procedures. Display leadership behaviors, confidentiality awareness, and process excellence. Remain flexible to meet staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as required. Required Experience:

Minimum of 6 months' phlebotomy experience. Keyboard/data entry skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Nice-to-Have Experience:

Over 1 year of phlebotomy experience. Customer service background in retail or service settings. Medical assistant or paramedic training. Phlebotomy certification (Required in CA, NV, WA). Required Skills:

Excellent phlebotomy technique (including pediatric and geriatric) Independent work ability Accuracy and attention to detail Preferred Skills:

Forensic specimen collection Customer service communication Clinical documentation and records handling Flexibility with scheduling Bilingual communication skills (if applicable) Additional Skills:
