Maintenance/Service Staff Location: Mount Vernon, Baltimore City Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM
4:30 PM Compensation: $21/hour (based on experience) 500 & 520 Park Avenue Apartments, located in the historic Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore, is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. As a Service Technician at WPM, your primary responsibilities will include responding to maintenance work orders, conducting preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents.
