WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a customer-focused, forward-thinking, and self-motivated Senior Property Manager to lead our team at the 500 & 520 Park Avenue apartment communities in Baltimore, MD. As the heart of these communities, you'll guide your team and oversee operations to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents. 5:00 PM Starting Salary: $94,000 (based on experience) Phone Allowance Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise leasing and operations teams while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws Implement leasing, renewal, and retention strategies to maximize occupancy Manage and monitor operating budgets, including variance reporting and financial analysis Conduct regular property inspections and address deficiencies within budget Oversee marketing efforts and maintain excellent curb appeal Coordinate maintenance operations and support timely work order completion Build strong relationships with residents and respond promptly to concerns Recruit, train, and mentor staff while modeling company values Ensure staffing coverage for daily operations and emergency response Report operational and financial updates to the Regional Property Manager and ownership Enforce company policies and uphold WPM standards across all community functions Qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience in a Property Manager role preferred Demonstrated leadership in hiring, coaching, and managing team performance Excellent organizational, budgeting, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to resident satisfaction ARM or CAM certifications preferred (or in progress) Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Leasing Specialist, or Assistant Community Manager a plus Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree is a plus What We Offer: Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave Rental discount for eligible full-time associates living at a WPM-managed community Career Growth: Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Support to help you grow your career in property management Supportive Culture: Be part of a collaborative, professional, and inclusive team Work in an environment that values your ideas and contributions Ready to lead with purpose?
