Senior Manager, Product Marketing
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas ONLY Walmart Business is transforming how organizationsfrom small businesses to nonprofits to large enterprisessource, buy, and manage their everyday needs. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we tell the story of our platform, drive adoption of our capabilities, and enable our customers to get the most value out of Walmart Business. You'll partner closely with product, sales, and brand marketing teams to craft compelling messaging, launch new features, and develop go-to-market strategies that elevate our value proposition in the B2B space. What You'll Do: Define and drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Walmart Business capabilities, from product launches to feature rollouts. Develop messaging, positioning, and customer segmentation strategies that communicate the unique value of Walmart Business to different organizational customer types. Collaborate with Product Managers to deeply understand our roadmap and ensure customer benefits are clearly articulated across all touchpoints. Create and manage sales enablement tools, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive briefs to support field teams and partners. Lead cross-functional GTM planning with marketing, product, and sales to ensure successful launches and adoption. Develop thought leadership content, campaign messaging, and customer-facing materials that highlight Walmart Business innovations. Partner with analytics to measure campaign performance and continuously optimize messaging, channels, and positioning. You'll Thrive In This Role If You: Are passionate about translating complex product features into clear, compelling value for customers Excel at B2B marketing and storytelling Love collaborating with product and sales teams to launch and scale new capabilities Are comfortable with data-driven decisions, customer research, and market analysis Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or go-to-market roles Proven success in launching B2B or platform-based products Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills Experience with sales enablement and customer engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, etc.) Comfort working cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and brand teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience in commerce, retail, or marketplace platforms Familiarity with business procurement workflows or SaaS/B2B platforms MBA or equivalent experience
