Plus Communications is a full-service communications firm based in Arlington, Virginia. Plus Communications leads award-winning campaigns integrating public affairs, corporate communications, digital, advertising and media buying. Plus means more! The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the daily and long-term schedules for several partners at the firm. This individual will coordinate all travel, internal and external meetings and provide other administrative support as needed. This role is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of communications and the day-to-day business operations, while working alongside partners. The ideal candidate has two years of experience in scheduling and/or administrative roles with high-level executives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars and schedules and coordinate all internal and external meetings and commitments for the executive using Microsoft Office Serve as the point of contact between the partner(s) and other employees and clients Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements Provide IT assistance as needed Code and submit monthly expense reports on behalf of the partner(s) Work closely with other executive assistants/schedulers Manage the executive's personal and business database of contacts Assist with the partner(s)' personal errands, as needed Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
