As part of our guest arrival and departure team, the Door/Bell Person plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional first and last impression for every guest. The Door/Bell attendant is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage, valet coordination, shuttle support, and providing general guest assistance and wayfinding. This position serves as an ambassador of the resort, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless arrival experience. Onsite: Black Desert Resort Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time Pay Rate: $13/hour + tips. This is the base pay rate reasonably expected for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on several factors. Greet and welcome all arriving guests with warmth and professionalism. Assist guests with unloading luggage, providing luggage tags, and delivering items to guest rooms promptly. Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and resort amenities. Coordinate with valet and shuttle teams for smooth vehicle or transportation transitions. Assist guests in arranging shuttle transportation and provide directions or resort information. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and special needs with accuracy and courtesy. Maintain a clean and organized bell desk, lobby, and porte-cochre. Monitor and manage guest luggage storage and retrieval. Collaborate with Front Desk, Valet, Concierge, and Housekeeping to ensure cohesive service. Support during high-traffic arrival and departure times and group check-ins. Follow all safety, security, and guest confidentiality policies. Provide resort information, promote amenities and events, and anticipate guest needs. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 1+ years of hospitality or guest service experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull loaded luggage carts. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor. Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts.
