Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Dallas, TX Industry: Professional Services Compensation: $80,000$90,000 / Annually Benefits: Competitive retirement and savings plan contributions Comprehensive health coverage for employees and their families Job Description: In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and meetings across time zones, and helping streamline day-to-day operations. You'll play a critical role in maintaining efficiency, driving client engagement efforts, and serving as a reliable resource for internal team members. Key Responsibilities: Manage schedules, travel, and internal/external meetings across multiple time zones Prepare leaders for meetings by coordinating logistics and materials, taking notes, and tracking follow-ups Support operational and administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met Partner closely with other administrative staff for seamless team collaboration Act as a go-to resource for company processes, tools, and best practices Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and other internal documentation Foster a welcoming and professional environment for both in-office team members and external visitors Utilize tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and CRM systems to streamline operations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred 45+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional services setting (consulting, legal, finance, architecture, etc.) Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
