Summary: The Manager, Global Logistics Sales & Operations is responsible for leading strategic sales and business development initiatives across key international clients operating in the U.S. The role includes managing global RFQs, delivering integrated logistics solutions (ocean/air freight, drayage, warehousing, cross-border), and developing long-term partnerships with multinational corporations. Compensation Range: $94,000 - $105,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection) Responsibilities
Acquire and manage multinational key accounts requiring cross-border and multimodal logistics support Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, ensuring consistency in communication and service delivery Lead global RFQs and align pricing strategy with regional capabilities and customer expectations Design and implement customized logistics programs tailored to global supply chain structures Coordinate closely with global HQ, regional offices, and U.S. operations teams to execute client SOPs Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities across multiple services (FFW, Drayage, Warehousing, etc.) Deliver QBRs and data-driven performance reviews to maintain transparency and drive continuous improvement Monitor KPIs and financial metrics including gross margin, service level, and client satisfaction Represent Glovis in executive-level client meetings, contract negotiations, and global strategy forums Strategic Planning & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and align with global customer trends Lead cross-functional projects to optimize global-to-local supply chain integration Provide market intelligence to support investment decisions in infrastructure and capacity Customer Onboarding & Support
Lead implementation of new accounts including contract setup, system integration, and training Support issue resolution and act as escalation point for complex customer concerns Develop long-term account plans focusing on mutual growth, innovation, and partnership Other Duties

Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree Required 7 - 10 years of experience relating to Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, Logistics Required 8 - 13 years of experience relating to Business Management, Business Development Preferred 1- 3 years of supervisory experience Required 4 - 7 years of supervisor experience Preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods. Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing. Possibility of operating desk machines. Precise Manual Dexterity - Writing, Typing, etc. Possibility of domestic travel - 10%.
