systems integration . Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Apply

Agile methodologies

and best practices across the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with

Medicaid Encounter Data

reporting requirements and

T-MSIS

standards. Utilize

cloud platforms

for scalable and secure data solutions. Prepare project plans, track milestones, manage budgets, and report on progress to leadership. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Graduate degree

in a relevant field:

Computer Science Engineering Science Healthcare Management Public Health Business Administration Health Policy Or equivalent professional experience

5-7 years of experience

in

program/project management , preferably in

healthcare

or

financial services Proven track record in leading

cross-organizational technical projects Deep understanding of

data management

practices, including:

Data warehousing Data transformation Analytics Systems integration

Strong knowledge of

Medicaid Encounter Data

and

T-MSIS Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, etc.) Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite Strong grasp of

Agile principles

and

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) PMP Certification

is

required Preferred Skills:
