Lifecycle Marketing Manager

In this role as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing and improving each brand's guest retention rate
supporting the guest experience from their first visit and beyond! As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive data-driven lifecycle communications aimed at engaging customers throughout their journey. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle stages, data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will support email, SMS, and in-app journeys. This role is a part of the Growth Marketing function within the marketing department, directly reporting into the Senior Manager, CRM & Loyalty. What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at engaging customers throughout their journey Lead requirements definition for Lifecycle use cases and manage data health within our CRM and CDP systems Develop strategic briefs, inclusive of customer segmentation and audience recommendations, competitive research, and prior campaign performance You will know the ins-and-outs of each of your brands, understanding the full customer experience, and how CRM can be leveraged to reach our customers As part of your lifecycle strategy, you are always thinking of testing opportunities to optimize campaign performance Execution & Analysis: Design and implement sophisticated automated campaign journeys with personalized content that educates and motivates users throughout their lifecycle, ultimately driving in-store visits You have strong project management skills and know how to bring your lifecycle campaigns to life quickly and effectively You utilize our system, Monday.com for managing your day-to-day workload You love analyzing customer behavior and segmentation data, based on the journeys you develop You can calculate email engagement metrics and understand statistical significance You'll provide comprehensive reports with insights and recommendations to other stakeholders You'll follow our testing roadmap and also add to it with new ideas You enjoy pulling your own reports within our customer data platforms, to analyze performance of your campaigns Collaborate with the brand marketing team, marketing analytics, product, and technology, and external agencies/vendors, to achieve your lifecycle goals Building relationships across these teams is key for the success of this role Partner with IT team to optimize SFMC platform to ensure full usage of the platform Partner with IT team to ensure technical details of the platform are optimized to maximize deliverability within our ESP Act as an email marketing SME: 'Speak' (live and breathe) email and help the team learn how to incorporate best practices into all planning, decisions and execution
from creative to segmentation to deliverability Qualifications:
4-10 years proven experience in a lifecycle & CRM related role Experience working with MarTech platforms, including CDPs, CRM, Promotions, and Loyalty Platforms Experience designing or optimizing marketing taxonomies; comfortable writing technical business requirements for marketing use cases Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, for audience segmentation, journey building, and dynamic content Experience building SMS and in-app push notifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends; comfortability presenting insights Orchestrate end-to-end email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including strategic planning, compelling copywriting, precise segmentation, methodical testing, and performance analysis Use data-driven insights to review and refine campaigns, supporting decisions with clear data analysis and regularly communicate/act on performance insights Experience with building complex nurture programs, running A/B tests and experimentation. Cuttingedge email marketing best practices, along with strong copywriting and copy editing skills Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Technical degree preferred but not required Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design preferred but not required What's In It For Me?
