Job Summary:
Powdersville Elementary is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Part-Time Reading Interventionist
to support students who are reading below grade level. The interventionist will work closely with classroom teachers and the instructional support team to provide targeted, data-driven instruction to help students build foundational literacy skills and make measurable progress in reading. Key Responsibilities: Deliver small group or one-on-one reading interventions using research-based programs and strategies. Collaborate with classroom teachers and literacy coach to identify students in need of support. Use assessment data to monitor progress and adjust instruction as needed. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to teachers and school leadership Qualifications: Certification in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education Experience preferred
