Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Remote Administrative Assistant

to join our team and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks with minimal supervision. This is a fully remote role perfect for someone who excels at multitasking, communicates well, and enjoys supporting a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize digital files, documents, and records

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual events

Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally and promptly

Input data into spreadsheets, databases, and company systems

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Assist with on boarding and internal communications

Perform general administrative support for multiple departments

Monitor task progress and follow up with teams as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative support role (remote experience is a plus)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based collaboration tools

Comfortable using Zoom, Slack, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello)

Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Experience supporting remote teams or virtual offices

Knowledge of CRM or HR software (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com, or BambooHR)

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
