Client Relationship Representative
We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to provide additional value. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients Manage client communications and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns Develop strong, lasting relationships by understanding client needs and objectives Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services Monitor client accounts to identify upselling or improvement opportunities Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in CRM Prepare reports and present service feedback or account updates to management Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred) 13 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client relations Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple accounts with professionalism and accuracy Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Benefits
