We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our team in Orlando, FL and Atlanta, GA. AtkinsRalis is one of the world's most respected design, engineering, and project management consultants. AtkinsRalis has the depth and breadth of expertise to respond to the most technically challenging and time-critical infrastructure projects and the urgent transition to a low-carbon economy. How will you contribute to the team? Analyzes projects and solves major technical problems or makes cost-effective recommendations. Develop landscape architectural standards and guidelines. Determines program or project objectives and requirements. Provide consultation and advice. Markets company services. Has heavy responsibility for success of program or project, conformance to budget and quality control. Conduct technical training workshops and serve as mentor to less experienced landscape architects and other technical professionals. Routinely manages projects. Performs such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary. What will you contribute? Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture. Minimum of fifteen years of experience. Persuasive ability plus strong technical writing and communication skills are expected at this level, proven through technical presentations, technical papers, and/or participation in technical committees; may be eligible for project management training. Registration as a Licensed Landscape Architect is required. Capabilities in building or leading a design team. Has demonstrated business development and/or management. Has maintained a Florida landscape architecture registration for a minimum of 10 years. Experience managing and providing FDOT Landscape architecture design services. Diversity of private, municipal, and transportation-related client experience. Willingness to work independently and as a team member. AutoCAD, MicroStation, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Lumion skills.
