Reviewer (QA Analyst) (Remote)
On behalf of a leading national restoration company with 300+ franchise locations across North America, we are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Reviewer to join their remote Claims Force team.
This is a full-time, fully remote position ideal for someone with a strong analytical background, document review experience, and familiarity with restoration, insurance claims, or property damage estimation. As a Reviewer, you will review estimates for accuracy, ensure they comply with carrier guidelines and internal standards, and communicate feedback to field teams.
Key Responsibilities - Reviewer
Review estimate documentation for accuracy and completeness using platforms such as Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Claims Connect, Validate, CMS, and more.
Evaluate estimates for water, mold, fire, board-up, biohazard, abatement, contents, and reconstruction services.
Ensure compliance with carrier service level agreements and industry estimating standards.
Communicate directly with franchisees and insurance carriers via phone, email, and claim systems to resolve issues or request updates.
Provide coaching and actionable feedback to franchises to improve estimating and documentation practices.
Identify and share performance trends with internal managers and stakeholders.
Support franchise and departmental efforts during catastrophe events or peak volume periods.
Competencies – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficient in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and other claim/estimating platforms (or ability to learn quickly)
Ability to review varying job types and handle different levels of estimate complexity
Assertive and professional communicator (written and verbal)
Comfortable working across digital tools including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, SharePoint, and Word
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Ability to identify process gaps and contribute to improvement efforts
Familiarity with insurance estimating principles and terminology
Ability to learn and apply evolving carrier requirements and company standards
Experience working in or with franchise models or restoration contractors (a plus)
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
One plus years' experience with document review or similar analytical work
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims, estimating, restoration, or a related field
Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Experience
Experience in the restoration industry (mitigation, contents, abatement, fire, or reconstruction)
Experience in customer service or client communication roles
Familiarity with estimate review and/or working directly with insurance carriers or contractors

Monday - Friday | Start time between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM Eastern
