Travel RN - Emergency Dept

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 14-week Emergency Department position requiring BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NIHSS certifications.Job Details•Position is based in the Emergency Room of an acute care hospital,•33-bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 nurse-patient ratio in general,•Common diagnoses and treatments for all patient types,•Work schedule includes PM shifts (12-hour) with start times at 12pm and 3pm,•Required to work every other weekend,•Floating to other units within skillset as needed,•Moderate sedation and restraint procedures required,•Uses Medhost and Cerner charting systems,Job Requirements•Active RN license required,•Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required,•Emergency Department RN experience required,•Previous travel experience preferred,•Experience with Cerner EMR is required,•Proof of COVID and Flu vaccination required; medical or religious exceptions accepted,Additional Information•Must complete CMS Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste & Abuse and General Compliance Training within 90 days of hire and annually,•No required scrub color; personal preference accepted,•First time travelers may be considered,•There are specific eligibility rules for returning travelers, including break periods between assignments,),•hash,:•4627993149615122026,
