Transcript The data department at Bloomberg is pretty much what it sounds like. They are responsible for maintaining the accuracy, quality and timeliness of all data on the terminal. So what my team specifically does is that we're responsible for that accuracy, quality and timeliness of the company financials data for the industries we cover. So I cover restaurants, and beverage and tobacco industries and I'm making sure that all of the company financial data for those companies is accurate so that my analysts in the Bloomberg Intelligence research department can have that data as soon as possible to write in his research to reference when he speaks on the news and different things like that. So it's a very interesting role because we are really at the intersection of both the data department and the Bloomberg Intelligence department and getting to see how the two work and how the two work together has been a really interesting experience. 00:00 The data department at Bloomberg is pretty much what it sounds like.
