We're looking for a candidate who possesses a deep curiosity and creativity in developing data science solutions. You'll leverage the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies, including generative AI and LLMs, to enhance our product offerings. Your effective collaboration with product, software engineering, and business intelligence teams will be crucial. As a Senior Data Scientist at ART19, you will: Act as the analytical engine behind podcast hosting and monetization, transforming publisher data into predictive tools, experimentation frameworks, and actionable insights. Work on large datasets to develop models that provide deep insights into publisher and advertiser behaviors. Collaborate with Product and Business Intelligence Engineers to create and refine new metrics that evaluate the impact of ART19 product launches. Design scalable solutions to integrate data from various sources across Amazon Ads. Drive alignment among stakeholders by translating complex data insights into effective business strategies. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You should have a proven track record of delivering impactful projects and thrive in ambiguous situations. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python). 4+ years of experience as a data scientist. Experience with statistical models, such as multinomial logistic regression. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of data visualization experience using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny, etc. Knowledge of AWS tech stack (e.g., AWS Redshift, S3, EC2, Glue). Leadership experience in mentoring data science teams. Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and orchestration approaches.
