Summary: Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our team. BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. At least 2 years managing managers and 5+ years managing technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working across software engineering and security operations, or collaborating with security teams to enhance security measures. Experience with secrets, key management, PKI, cryptography, credentials, and access management. Public Compensation: $213,000/year to $293,000/year + bonus, equity, and benefits.
