Summary: Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our team. We are looking for a leader who can drive innovation, foster collaboration, and demonstrate proven technical experience in the industry. Minimum Qualifications: Experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management and engineering oversight. 12+ years of software engineering experience, or PhD plus 8 years, including technical management. BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience. At least 2 years managing managers and 5+ years managing technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working across software engineering and security operations, or collaborating with security teams to enhance security measures. Experience with secrets, key management, PKI, cryptography, credentials, and access management. Public Compensation: $213,000/year to $293,000/year + bonus, equity, and benefits.
