Summary: Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our team. Minimum Qualifications: Experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management. 12+ years of software engineering experience, or PhD + 8 years, including technical management. BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 2 years managing managers and 5 years managing technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with security operations or collaborating with security teams to enhance security measures. Experience with secrets, key management, PKI, cryptography, credentials, or access management. Compensation: $213,000 to $293,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
