Summit TRC is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Junior Systems Integrator to join our team. This Integrator will help maintain and test products supporting military UAS platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Linux and a passion for new technologies.
Responsibilities:
Perform system-level integration and testing of complex drone components Use Linux command line extensively for testing, automation, and data handling Collaborate with other Software and Systems Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues Optimize system performance and security Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of support and development Maintain excellent technical documentation hygiene Maintain cybersecurity best practices Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field Experience working with Windows and Linux systems and executing commands in the CLI Experience configuring and accessing virtualized systems Understanding of various scripting languages such as Bash and Python Ability to work with external customers or stakeholders in a clear and professional manner Nice to have:
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes Experience with virtualization tools and hypervisors like VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V
