As a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician/Therapist, you will be at the forefront of addressing a wide range of mental health conditions tailored to our diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities: Conduct screening and assessments for various mental health and substance abuse disorders. Deliver evidence-based treatment for mental health conditions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. Systematically monitor treatment response and track clinical symptoms and any complications. Maintain up-to-date and accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. Current and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) in the state of practice. Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of post-master's degree experience providing behavioral health services. Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficiency in using computers for professional communication and medical documentation including EHR systems. Pay is influenced by factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group adheres to all applicable minimum wage laws.
