Primary Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and assessments for various mental health and substance abuse disorders. Implement treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Monitor treatment progress, tracking patient responses and any clinical changes. Maintain accurate and current electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) in the state of practice. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of post-master's experience in providing behavioral health services. Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficient with computers for professional communication and medical documentation. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams. The salary range for this position is $59,500 to $116,600 annually, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
