Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Distribution Analyst to work as an integral part of the Institutional Distribution Private Markets team to further develop our AUM and revenues for both existing and new clients.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the private markets team in all activities including sales, product development, and strategy
Managing the pipeline and associated Management Information (MI), including running reports and managing Salesforce
Managing internal and external stakeholders
Contributing to research meetings with consultants to achieve or maintain buy ratings across product sets, working closely with distribution and investment team colleagues
Responding to internal and external queries, requests for information and data, resolving queries fully and efficiently in a timely manner
Developing your understanding of Asset Management's clients, products, and services to have informed conversations with clients/consultants about L&G's unique proposition
Maintaining excellent working relationships across key business areas at all times
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
Technical understanding of private markets with experience in the area preferred
Knowledge of current investment market and economic issues
External investment consultant/client network
Awareness of the global institutional client universe
Technical understanding of different fund structures
Ability to field demanding questions from technically competent clients and their consultants
Experience in the investment management industry in client support or service would be useful
Experience working on or supporting presentations and market research
