A leading brand in premium tile and architectural surfaces is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join its growing U.S. team in Miami, FL. This is a hybrid role combining showroom-based sales with field activity, focusing on residential and small commercial projects. You’ll work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and high-end retail clients, promoting elegant, design-driven solutions. We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented professional with strong communication skills, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for premium design. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new retail clients in the Miami region. Sell premium tile and surface products through showroom visits and site consultations. Build strong relationships with A&D professionals, contractors, and homeowners. Support in-store events, trainings, and brand initiatives. Operate independently and manage your own pipeline and routine. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in the tile, porcelain, or surfaces industry. Fluent English (Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus). Proven track record in retail or showroom sales, preferably in premium or design-driven environments. Strong hunter profile, comfortable with business development. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Based in or near Miami, FL, with availability for field visits and showroom coverage.
