Assist with the collection of pre/post survey data for college and career, financial literacy, and civic engagement programming. Assist with student arrival and dismissal protocols to ensure on-site safety for all participants.

Member Duties :
OYC Miami program is designed to assist students with obtaining employment, provide financial coaching, assist students with applying for college, vocational school and or scholarships as well as provide ACT/SAT preparation support. The overall goal is to address economic disparities in our community by ensuring youth learn the hard and soft skills needed for employment in their chosen careers and or have all the resources needed to do succeed in a post-secondary institution. Students are paired with a Success Coach for individualize success planning and mentorship.
