As a Software Services New Logo Sales person, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients for our software services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation
You will be provided leads from our Marketing campaigns and Sales Development teams. Identify and research the leads with support from the internal research team and qualify them for potential business opportunities.
Client Engagement
Conduct initial meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges.
Present our software services and solutions in a compelling and tailored manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Sales Process Management
Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
Negotiation and Closing
Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align strategies.
Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
The Ideal Teammate Must:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software services or related industries.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them to non-technical stakeholders.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $120,000 per annum (50% Variable).
