Talent Attraction Specialist, Hiring for Legal Practice Area @ LHH
Job Summary LHH is seeking an adaptable, and highly motivated professional to serve as the primary support for a firm's partner. This unique hybrid role blends legal, administrative, and operational responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and may be considering law school in the future. Please note traveling with the partner is a must. Lastly, the candidate will primarily be supporting Federal Criminal litigation cases for the partner. Key Responsibilities Directly support the partner by managing their calendar, travel, communications, and day-to-day logistics Support case management, including discovery coordination and basic legal research (no motion drafting required) Maintain organization and momentum across a high-volume caseload Prepare client-facing materials and manage email correspondence Act as a liaison with clients and internal teams Flex between administrative and legal support tasks as needed Requirements: Fluent in Spanish Must be comfortable with travel Bachelors Degree is required Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable and communicative Self-starter who can operate independently and anticipate needs Comfortable in a fast-moving legal environment with shifting priorities Interested in Federal Criminal Litigation Pursuing a law degree is a plus Must be able to quickly integrate into a high-functioning legal practice Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: • The California Fair Chance Act • Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance • Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers • San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
