Base pay range
$60.00/hr - $75.00/hr Founded in 2012, Invisible North is a female-owned creative marketing agency headquartered in NYC with global reach. We are a team of culturally fluent strategists, creatives, designers and producers pushing the limits of possibility. Together we champion creativity and build thoughtful experiences and content that solve business problems and bring brands to life. We’re hiring a Contract Business Development Manager to support 1:1 outreach efforts for an upcoming global fintech event. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and CRM-savvy BD professional who is comfortable working within defined messaging frameworks while maintaining a warm, responsive, and professional communication style. This is a great opportunity to support a high-impact fintech event and engage directly with key global contacts in a meaningful and strategic way. This position is a 2-4 week contract starting August 11th, 30/hrs per week, remote, and should expect to work on ET hours. Manage personalized outreach to 12,000+ contacts via CRM (HubSpot) and LinkedIn InMail Deploy and monitor a 4–5 step drip campaign for contacts not opted into marketing emails (copy & pre-set campaign provided) Execute LinkedIn InMail outreach for fintech leads and other non-CRM contacts Engage in white-glove follow-up conversations with prospects who respond to outreach efforts Track responses, update CRM records, and ensure smooth handoff or nurturing of leads Respond to event-related questions and maintain consistent, human-centric communications Skills + Qualifications Comfortable using HubSpot and/or similar CRMs Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator/InMail outreach strategies Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple threads of outreach simultaneously Bonus: Familiarity with fintech or LATAM markets Able to successfully work remotely during ET hours, or from our NYC office Tools HubSpot CRM LinkedIn InMail (Unlimited outreach license provided) Pre-approved email templates and outreach scripts CRM-integrated automation tools (semi-automated campaign setup) Compensation $60-75/hr At IN, we acknowledge that in order to be a forward-thinking, culture-led agency, we must actively foster and uplift a multitude of perspectives, backgrounds, and ways of thinking within our team.
