Location: Milford Middle School SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of the Building Principal the Secretary I/Receptionist provides initial service for all incoming calls and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Assists the building administration with general office support and front office reception coverage.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of Milford School District's instructional programs, policies, procedures, supervision theories, strategic planning and data analysis Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Typing, word processing and spreadsheet skills. Sets priorities; works collaboratively as part of a team; works with frequent interruptions, adapts to changing work priorities. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Maintains confidentiality EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma required. Previous reception, general office practices, business protocol and front office experience is preferred. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable. None
