Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination. Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and site superintendents. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations. Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings. Resolve design, logistics, and labor issues to maintain project momentum. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proven experience with hospitality or entertainment projects (e.g., theaters, breweries). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). OSHA 30 certification preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. What's on Offer
