With a strong reputation across the Midwest, they are expanding their luxury residential portfolio along the Wisconsin/Illinois border and seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead these exclusive builds.
Job Description
Lead all phases of luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications. Ensure quality control and adherence to architectural and design specifications. Collaborate with architects, designers, and vendors to maintain the highest standards. Conduct regular site visits and team meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and transparency. The Successful Applicant
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on luxury homes. Proven track record of managing high-end single-family home projects. Strong understanding of custom finishes, architectural detailing, and high-performance building systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. What's on Offer
