Our Administrative Coordination Specialist (known as “Network Coordination Specialist”) position is a unique position requiring multiple skill sets in both executive meeting coordination and communication, as well as attention to detail and independent work to conduct on-site and remote program audits of our contracted Network Providers. This position provides coordination and support to multiple employees requiring a high level of confidentiality, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with both internal employees and external stakeholders. This position will act as a liaison between senior leadership, contracted Network Providers, and external stakeholders. In other words – you will
help set the stage for the success
of Region 5 Systems. See job description for full range of responsibilities. What You’ll Have! High school diploma or GED. Have experience in one or both of the following:
Coordination of assigned responsibilities and administrative support experience that provides the desirable knowledge, skills, and abilities, and/or Experience with billing (invoicing
behavioral/physical
health) or assessing conformance to specific
standards/expectations
(auditing/file review-related responsibilities).
This experience will soar you to the top of our list:
2 years’ experience working in a behavioral health environment, experience with electronic health records, taking and transcribing minutes, and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human services or related field. Strong
organizational and communication skills ,
attention to detail ,
authoring concise meeting notes , and
effectively prioritizing competing priorities
are some of the skills you need. The ability to coordinate with internal employees and external stakeholders
to facilitate communication and collaboration is crucial. Satisfactory background investigation is required. See job description for detailed abilities and skills expectations. What We Offer! Annual Compensation Range at Hire:
$48,000 - $52,000,
commensurate with experience and other desired criteria . Support.
