Your Role: Inventory Specialist As our Inventory Specialist, you’ll ensure smooth, organized, and accurate inventory operations in our warehouse. You'll help us deliver top-tier service by preparing orders, maintaining records, and optimizing processes.

What You’ll Do • Maintain and update inventory in Excel and Salesforce • Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory • Prepare customer orders for installation • Perform monthly stock counts and report discrepancies • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safety-compliant • Support other warehouse functions when needed

What You Bring • 2+ years of warehouse or inventory experience, combined • Familiar with Microsoft Excel & CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) • Proven track record of Organization, detail-oriented, and self-motivated work ethic • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse tools (pallet jack, dolly, etc.)
