In this role, you will provide digital solutions and analytical expertise, demonstrating agility and leadership to generate innovative ideas and platforms. Collaborate with talented individuals across our business lines to develop and implement cutting-edge applications, data insights, and models that support our extensive distribution network and digital marketing initiatives. Lead a hands-on approach throughout the development cycle, influencing how our sales, marketing, and management teams perceive trends and insights related to our current and potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a solid understanding of the business structure, internal and industry data sets, operational and technical design, go-to-market strategy, and the strategic direction of the organization to craft, maintain, and optimize actionable solutions for sales and marketing leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Maps, Data Cloud, Agentforce AI, and Marketing Cloud.

• Define use cases, identify trends, and create technical and data models to bolster client engagement and acquisition strategies across digital marketing and various distribution channels. Collaborate on executing go-to-market activities through pilots, multiple testing methodologies, benchmarking, and continuous learning to support future projects.

• Develop actionable data insights for go-to-market and present to our business partners for execution. Effectively communicate various data research using data visualization, Salesforce workflows, automation, and storytelling techniques to make insights understandable and, most importantly, actionable. Develop automation leveraging Salesforce to deliver actionable data insights and measure results.

• Advocate for a data and technology driven culture. Prioritize delivering value to the business by actively optimizing processes and automation through collaboration with the team and business partners.

• Establish robust partnerships within the organization, consulting with business partners and subject matter experts to comprehend business needs and leverage data and technology effectively. Apply technical capabilities to address issues, develop automation, and enhance user experience.

• Continuous learning and education of Salesforce technologies, Tableau, and investment management industry partners.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

In-Depth Knowledge of:

• Experience supporting a multi-channel investment management (Financial Services) distribution network and digital marketing footprint leveraging Salesforce technologies.

• Required: development and design of the user experience in Salesforce Financial Services & Sales Cloud, Salesforce Maps, Marketing Cloud (MCP, MCE), Data Cloud, Client Experience Cloud, Agentforce AI, Tableau, and Tableau Prep.

• Familiarity with go-to-market marketing tools such as: Seismic, LinkedIn, Sitecore, On24.

• Required: business intelligence and data visualization, with a preference for Tableau.

• Required: construction of interactive views or complex dashboards both in Salesforce and Tableau.

• Proficiency in languages for data management, mining, and manipulation (e.g., SQL).

• Industry data sources and the ability to work with complex data sets to drive meaningful insights.

• Understanding of investment management sales, marketing, and products.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in the specific business function of assigned functional area or related field and a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in working with Salesforce technologies, Tableau, revenue operations, or digital marketing. Five (5) years of Tableau and Salesforce certifications highly preferred. ~or~ • Any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources.
