The Sr UX Designer will lead the design of consumer facing product within the enterprise ecosystem, crafting intuitive, engaging and accessible user experiences that meet the needs of diverse user segments across the organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct user interviews, surveys and usability testing across various organizational segments. Lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs. Partner closely with the product manager and engineering lead to align on requirements, priorities, and implementation feasibility. Collect, research, investigate and evaluate user requirements to deliver best online user experience. Translate research findings into actionable insights and design strategies. Facilitate design reviews and feedback sessions with stakeholders and users. Work across the product verticals to create a unified user experience. Apply and advocate for consistent use of design systems, including Google Material Design principles. Ensure designs are user-centered, accessible, and aligned with business goals. Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and evolving user needs.
Performance Expectations Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management. Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism. Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers, and business partners. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design or related field or equivalent experience Experience:
8-10 years of experience of UX design experience required with a strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing products. Experience with Google Material Design and component-based design systems. Experience with a variety of UX research methodologies and their appropriate application. Experience with creating and presenting compelling presentations to clearly convey complex concepts. Knowledge and Skills:
Expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design. Ability to interpret product requirements documents from a user-centered perspective. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe SXD). Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards. Familiarity with Agile development processes. Background in psychology, HCI, or related field is a plus. Strong analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize workload to ensure successful completion of projects.
Wage:
$125,000 - $150,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.

This position is open to remote work hiring within the U.S. mainland.
