Overview: Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Talent & Entertainment Manager will identify talent who align with the SNIPES brand and manage talent relationships with VIPs, celebrities, influencers, etc. The Talent & Entertainment Manager will work closely with the talent and marketing leadership to cultivate impactful campaigns that continue to elevate the SNIPES brand to our consumer. This role is multifaceted, requiring a blend of business acumen, creative vision and strong interpersonal skills to successfully represent the brand's interest with key talent partnerships. Responsibilities: Partner with Chief Marketing Officer and cross functional partners to build and execute SNIPES talent strategy, ensuring that talent partnerships drive key impact for brand and business objectives Identify potential talent for brand partnerships and marketing campaigns through social media, networking and industry events Skillfully negotiate contracts with talent and other parties to ensure favorable terms for the brand, ensuring market rates are used as benchmarks; ensure SNIPES secures impactful deliverables, and talent makes good on deliverables Understand partnership deal points, including financial points, and have ability to be creative with financial gets/gives when negotiating deals Collaborate with key internal stakeholders like creative, social, customer insight, PR, Social, Product/merchandising, digital marketing teams to integrate talent into campaigns and other key initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across departments Ensure that all content with talent aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience and track KPIs/ROI Manage and coordinate all logistics for the talent as needed for campaign work or events Partner with Legal to review contract negotiations and revisions for talent and their representatives Oversee the budget for talent-related activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources Develop framework for measuring success of current and potential talent partnerships Maintain relationships within the talent and entertainment industry ecosystem, including talent, agents, managers, labels, agencies, etc., and keep an active pipeline of emerging and established talent Stay abreast of trends within the talent and entertainment space, ensuring SNIPES talent strategy and partnerships are on the cutting edge of what's relevant for our target consumer, and the brand is able to secure cutting edge deals that are impactful Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field 3-5 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or related field Understand target audience, streetwear and multicultural youth Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in negotiating contracts and agreements Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships Proficient in project management software- Monday.com is a plus Fluent in social media platforms including X, Instagram, Tic Tok, etc. Special Requirements: Domestic travel approximately 25-40% of time Able to provide examples of previous successful talent partnerships Cultural Success Factors: Enthusiasm for the brand Consumer Obsessed Innovative Mindset Collaborative nature Skillful communicator Data-Driven Decision Making Adaptable and Flexible Disciplined and self-motivated Benefits with SNIPES: Generous Employee Discount Paid Holidays Summer Hours Hybrid Work Schedule PTO (Paid Time Off) Bonus Plan Affordable Health Insurance Retirement Contributions Snipes USA and all its subsidiary Companies are equal opportunity employers.
