Overview : Reporting to SNIPES Chief Marketing Officer, the Integrated Campaign Manager is a strategic role to help define our integrated marketing campaigns approach, creating a blueprint for how we develop, execute and measure best-in-class campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring together cross-functional teams to create impactful, consistent marketing campaigns across consumer touchpoints, including but not limited to content, creative, social, digital, stores/retail, web, email/SMS, influencers, experiential, PR and more. This is an ideal opportunity for a marketer who is both strategic and action oriented, who inspires collaboration toward a common objective, can balance strategic thinking with executional excellence and can ensure flawless execution working with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities Design and orchestrate integrated campaign strategies for major Tentpole Marketing campaigns, working cross functionally with brand, product, digital marketing, stores, social, experiential, PR etc. to ensure seamless execution and delivery Develop the framework and executional approach for Tier 2 & 3 campaigns that will improve SNIPES brand positioning and drive commercial impact Work with consumer insights, product and creative teams to define campaign audiences, themes, messaging, content needs for campaigns Ability to effectively manage external partners and vendors, such as agencies, legal, talent, etc. to achieve campaign goals Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets and ensure timely and cost-effective campaign completion Manage campaign budgets ensuring accurate budget forecasting, on-budget campaign delivery, and adequate ROI Develop and implement tracking mechanisms, KPI frameworks, and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, ROI, and optimize future campaigns Prepare and present campaign reports for leadership, highlighting the key findings and recommendations Possess strong project management and communication skills to ensure integrated marketing campaigns are managed on-time, on budget and meet (and exceed) objectives Stay updated with the marketing trends, technologies and best practices to drive campaign innovation Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns with a preference in streetwear, apparel or other lifestyle brands that target multicultural youth Experience coordinating complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital (digital media, SMS/Text, Web, Social) and traditional (PR, Events, linear, sponsorships, etc.) marketing channels Proficient with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms and project management software, i.e. Monday.com a plus Experience managing campaign budgets, tracking performance, and reporting on KPIs; understanding of marketing operations techniques, marketing analytics and performance measurement tools Understand modern digital marketing channels and their requirements; ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and translate insights into strategy Ability to collaborate cross functionally with senior leaders and manage diverse stakeholders Comfortable working in fast paced environment Special Requirements
