Responsibilities: Supervise plumbing crews on job sites and assign tasks based on skill level. Review blueprints and project plans to ensure compliance with plumbing codes. Monitor progress and inspect work for quality and safety. Coordinate with other trades and contractors to streamline workflow. Manage necessary materials and equipment needed for job. Train and mentor plumbing apprentice and helpers. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or GED. Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or equivalent experience. 5-10 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiently with plumbing tools.
