We are actively seeking a motivated and dynamic Call Center Representative to join our team immediately! In this fast-paced role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. As a Call Center Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their queries, ensuring satisfaction with their experience. Job: On site Location: Birmingham, AL Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week. Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Manage follow-up calls for unresolved issues and provide timely updates to customers. Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet. Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy. Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software. Benefits
