This Manager role plays a critical part in translating data into action, influencing business outcomes, and advancing Walmart's mission to help customers live better every week. What You'll Do... Partner with Food Sourcing teams to deliver strategic financial insights and drive business decisions. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to support performance tracking. Create executive-level materials that clearly communicate sourcing impacts and opportunities. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic investments. Champion digital tools and data visualization to enhance analytics and stakeholder engagement What You'll Bring: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into strategic recommendations. Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and executive-level reporting. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and present financial impacts clearly. Proficiency in data visualization tools and digital analytics platforms. Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity and driving process improvements in dynamic environments. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
