Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient interviews to gather medical data and vital statistics. Document medical histories and test results in digital medical records. Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for advanced testing. Assist physicians with state-of-the-art treatments and procedures. Innovate in treatment room preparation, including digital inventory management. Ensure instruments are sterilized using cutting-edge techniques. Engage in transformative patient consultation and test result communication. Drive efficiency in specimen processing and packaging for lab analysis. Perform phlebotomy and diagnostics with precision and expertise. Administer medications with digital record accuracy. Optimize exam room stock management and compliance with safety protocols. Champion OSHA compliance and safety training initiatives. Foster a culture of respect and innovation among patients and colleagues. Embrace a team-based approach for culturally sensitive, holistic patient care. Participate in safety education and performance improvement programs. Operate equipment safely and maintain a compliant work environment. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Registered or Certified as a Medical Assistant required. BLS/CPR Certification required. Up to one year of experience in a transformative healthcare setting. Proven communication and customer service excellence. Proficiency in digital clerical and healthcare support systems. Ability to thrive under pressure and multi-task in a tech-forward team. Commitment to preventive healthcare and team-driven care delivery.
