A growing, global company specializing in designing, developing, prototyping and manufacturing electronic products and subsystems for aerospace and defense is looking for a Quality Engineer. In this role you will manage the company's quality systems in support of minimizing escapes and continuously improving manufacturing yields. Our client is hiring a Quality Engineer to lead efforts in achieving zero escapes and enhancing manufacturing yields. Key Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer: Resolve customer inquiries promptly. Manage RMAs and corrective actions. Conduct internal quality system audits. Oversee calibration system effectiveness. Maintain quality procedures and standards. Utilize SPC and MSA for process control. What We're Looking For in a Quality Engineer: Expertise in quality systems and standards. Familiarity with IPC, military, and customer specs. Proficient in quality tools like SPC, DOE, Cpk. Strong technical writing and communication skills. At least 5 years in aerospace or similar industry. This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
