Marketing Assistant Position at Quantum Pain and Orthopedics- Austin
Quantum Pain and Orthopedics- Austin is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team! The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the marketing team by performing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing efforts, and assisting with promotional activities. This position helps execute the overall marketing strategy by managing creative projects, maintaining marketing materials, and supporting internal and external communications. Essential Functions:
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to help send out email blasts/newsletters to accounts and or QPO team for any updates. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to help maintain and update QPO social media, and content gathering, such as assisting with videography for the office. Distribute marketing reports (top 20 accounts, daily stats, intake reports, etc.). Create calendars for each month showing where all the doctors will be throughout the week for each month. Monitor QPO clinic google reviews for all clinics and advise QPO management on responses. Complete checklist for any new physician; add to website, create business cards, schedule headshots, etc. Update all necessary information (address/name/number etc.) provided by the marketers into databases. Ensure all information is consistent across all platforms (Camino, master maps, master contact lists, Sales Force, etc.). Assist marketers in finding new leads of referral sources, while keeping our databases updated with new accounts and the follow-ups on them. Add all new law firms or possible accounts to Salesforce and tag the designated marketer a reminder to visit. Create goodies/swag bags, baskets or boxes with proper marketing material. Produce marketing media kits. Accompany marketers to marketing events to help promote our offices and set up/break down display. Organize business cards and help track accounts to follow up with. Send follow up emails after initial meetings with accounts. Order breakfast/lunch for accounts and assist with the drop-offs when needed. Monitor marketing inventory and order supplies for the boxes/bags (i.e., snacks, popcorn etc.) when needed. Plan, pickup and set up lunches/breakfast for staff appreciation, holiday and party events for all offices. Assist with managing outgoing referrals in our databases, identify and maintain relationships with external specialists for referral purposes, and gather preferences for new referral sources. Create envelopes w/QPO info and mail out to our new referral sources. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to be enthusiastic and adaptable. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both written and verbally. Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other electronic formats, i.e. Microsoft Works, Google Spreadsheets, Emailing Systems. Ability to work independently without supervision and track daily interactions with all business relationships. Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner. Must be available to work early and late days (occasionally, on weekends). Education and Experience:
