Responsibilities include: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align outreach strategies Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients Track and report on key performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-driven with a proactive attitude toward goal achievement Benefits
